We're Franco, the restaurant at Luzia in Nosara. We start the day early with plenty of coffee, food we genuinely love to eat, fresh pastry baked in-house, spirits for when the afternoon rolls in, and every now and then a little something extra to have a good time with friends.
We're a homegrown Costa Rican brand, founded in San José in 2017. More than 70% of our ingredients come from small local producers who follow sustainable practices, and our coffee program features over 50 microlots from every coffee-growing region in the country, sourced from 30 producers.
